Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app

• Open Newvies and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and everything attached to it: the people, films, and studios you follow, your saved and hidden films, notification preferences, push tokens, and any feedback you submitted.

If you can't access the app

Email us at support@newvies.app from the email address on your account and request deletion. We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Newvies Pro subscription — subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store account’s subscription settings before or after deleting; otherwise the store will keep billing you.

What we retain

After deletion we keep no personal data about you, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations (for example, purchase records held by the app stores). See our Privacy Policy for details.
